Blackburn Home bedrooms are large, open spaces filled with rows of bunkbeds. There is one for girls and one for boys, located on opposite sides of the second floor hallway.

Located on the first floor, straight through from the front door, this is where dinner is held each evening. The hall houses three long tables, with Clancy Blackburn's chair at the head of the middle. The kitchen is large and antique, with multiple fire stoves.

Where sick or hurt children recover, and where other medical happenings are done behind closed doors, such as checkups and procedures.

The Blackburn House's third floor is occupied mostly by offices, the most prominent of which are Clancy Blackburn's and Jules Blackburn's office.

The attic is a massive, creepy space taking up the whole area of the building, dark and stocked with weird artifacts and keepsakes. Children are instructed not to go there, but who is gonna know?

Attached to the back of the orphanage, a greenhouse stretches back, frosted class making up the whole exterior. The greenhouse holds plants, but it is mostly a home for rabbits, and many of them. The back door is never to be opened, to protect the animals from feral cats.
